BOOKINGS & PAYMENT: Full Payment is due at the time of making a booking. This will confirm your booking as per the written confirmation provided by Ski Hire Madarao & indicates your acceptance of obligation for amounts payable by you for the booking. Please note that no changes to your reservation are permitted within 60 days of your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations outside 60 days of your arrival date will incur a 30% Administration Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of your arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.
Ski Hire Madarao takes no liability or responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst at the resort or on the snow fields and recommends all passengers travelling have individual Insurance Policies covering snow related activities.
